Cosmic Crisp^® Buttermilk Herb Waldorf Salad

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss well until fully coated. Serve immediately or chill until serving time.

Ingredients

For salad

4 cups Bibb or Boston lettuce, leaves torn
1 Cosmic Crisp® apple, cored and thinly sliced into wedges
¼ cup thinly sliced celery
½ bulb fennel, thinly sliced plus fronds
1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

For dressing

¾ cup low fat buttermilk
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
