Cosmic Crisp® and Brie Pairing

Sweet Cosmic Crisp apples and creamy brie cheese make a lovely pairing together. Add crunchy nuts and drizzle of honey and you have an instant snack or crave worthy appetizer.

Yield: 6-8

Directions

Place a slice of brie cheese on an apple slice, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with a little honey.
Serve immediately.

1 small wheel of brie, cut into 2 inch slices
1/2 cup sweet and salty nuts, chopped
1/4 honey, warmed until it is runny
