Pink Lady® apples were developed in Western Australia in the late 1980s. A cross between Lady Williams and Golden Delicious apple – this bright pink apple has sweet-tart flavor with a firm, crisp bite. Bakers give this variety high marks in consumer tastings and they’re great for fresh eating.
