Cosmic Crisp and Brie Pairing

Sweet Cosmic Crisp apples and creamy brie cheese make a lovely pairing together. Add crunchy nuts and drizzle of honey and you have an instant snack or crave worthy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cosmic Crisp Apples, sliced
  • 1 small wheel of brie, cut into 2 inch slices
  • 1/2 cup sweet and salty nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 honey, warmed until it is runny

Method

  1. Place a slice of brie cheese on an apple slice, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with a little honey.
  2. Serve immediately.
