Granny Green Juice

Sometimes a smoothie is too filling and a glass of water is a little too boring. That is when it’s time to reach for a green juice made from tart Granny Smith apples and fresh vegetables. Homemade green juice has a vibrant taste, is refreshing and healthy without weighing you down with extra calories.

If you don’t have a juicer you can still make this with a blender and a strainer; see our instructions below.

YIELD: 2 servings using juicer, 4-6 servings using blender

Recipe created by: Meg Raines

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your juicer and proceed according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Serve immediately or keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.

Blender Instructions

  1. Position a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag over a large bowl. Set aside.
